JODI: Russia remains world's 2nd largest oil producer in March
MOSCOW, May 17 (PRIME) -- Russia retained its position of the world’s second largest oil producer after the U.S. in March, when its output grew 1.3% on the month to 9.508 million barrels per day, the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) said in a report on Monday.
The U.S. produced 10.968 million barrels per day, up 11.2%. Saudi Arabia’s output decreased 0.1% to 8.138 million barrels per day.
